We take great care into the preparation and packaging of each basket to ensure, to the best of our ability, that upon opening your package the gift basket will maintain the same form as was packaged. We aim to be accessible so that any one may enjoy the joys that receiving one of our baskets brings.
*While we do safeguard the packaging of the basket to withstand the chaos of transportation, we are not responsible for the treatment in which the shipping/mail companies give upon the box once it has left our warehouse. If your box contains any damages or tears please reach out to us to best look into which company was utilized to best assess for future orders.
*With proper documentation and proof of order, Confettisgiftbaskets, will offer a refund for orders that have been excessively damaged.*
